Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Automation and Cybersecurity Engineer focused on advancing technology for prominent clients within the electrical and automation sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include the configuration and seamless integration of PLC systems (SPS) into complex industrial networks and SCADA environments. A critical component of the job involves planning and executing robust network architectures, strictly adhering to security standards such as ISA/IEC 62443 and the Purdue Model. The engineer will establish secure communication pathways using VLANs and Firewall zones, secure automation resources via stringent configuration standards and access controls, and provide essential support for Firewalls (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and Layer-2/3 Switches. Success requires a relevant engineering degree, multiple years of experience as a PLC programmer, and practical knowledge of industrial protocols like PROFINET and OPC UA. This position offers professional development and requires a high degree of travel.
