Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to actively shape the corporate strategy of Lechwerke AG, a key player in sustainable and climate-friendly energy supply in Southwest Bavaria. The specialist will work closely with the Executive Board to develop pioneering concepts, translating them into strategic initiatives and agile projects that drive the energy transition. Day-to-day tasks include steering strategic processes, preparing strategy reviews, providing expert consulting to management on complex strategic issues, and supporting M&A activities. A critical component involves identifying and evaluating new mega-trends, business fields, and opportunities within the rapidly evolving energy sector. Candidates must possess a degree in Economics or Engineering, combined with proven experience in strategy development and exceptional knowledge of business and energy economics across the entire value chain. This position is ideal for an analytical, entrepreneurial-minded team player who enjoys tackling complex, unanswered questions at the forefront of the energy industry.
