Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Biological Laboratory Technician to join a pharmaceutical industry client in Idar-Oberstein, focusing on the production of cellular medicines under strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. The core responsibilities involve ensuring adherence to quality standards during production, contributing significantly to product safety and efficacy. Key tasks also include leading essential development work to transition new technologies from Research & Development (R&D) into the GMP production process, requiring precise documentation for traceability. Candidates must have a completed vocational training as a BTA, MTA, or Biological Laboratory Technician, coupled with initial professional experience and advanced skills in handling primary cells or cell lines. The position is full-time, permanent, and offers a competitive salary range of €48,000 to €55,000 per annum, requiring excellent German and good English language skills.
