Job Summary

This role is for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join GMH Systems GmbH, the IT service provider for the GMH Group, a leading climate-friendly steel company in Germany. The consultant will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PT, PY), including system maintenance, customizing, and continuous development. A key part of the job involves leading and participating in SAP HCM projects, encompassing documentation and user training. Furthermore, the consultant will expand and maintain Success Factors applications, specifically LMS, Succession, and Performance & Goals, alongside monitoring and maintaining SAP HCM interfaces. The ideal candidate possesses a background in business informatics or equivalent, deep knowledge of HR processes, and proven experience in SAP consulting, particularly in Payroll and Time Management modules, coupled with strong advisory and communication skills.
