Job Summary

This role involves joining a competent support team focused on the Abacus ERP system. The Junior Supporter will be responsible for advising clients on Abacus queries, specifically related to HR, Payroll, and Time modules. Key daily activities include resolving system issues, collaborating closely with 2nd Level Support, creating system documentation, and administering customer system environments. Furthermore, the role involves leading or assisting in user training sessions for Abacus to ensure smooth system operation.
