Job Summary

This role is for an IT Helpdesk and Support Specialist to join a dedicated 3-person team within a dynamically growing, family-run company specializing in mobile container solutions across 24 worldwide locations. The specialist will be crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations by providing direct application support, both onsite and remotely. Daily tasks include managing, prioritizing, and documenting user requests and incidents using a ticketing system, performing analysis and troubleshooting within the IT environment, and maintaining the knowledge base. The ideal candidate brings basic IT knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset, backed by a completed IT qualification. While initial professional experience in customer support or helpdesk is beneficial, general IT affinity is key. Success in this role requires very good German and good English language skills. The position offers an unlimited contract, flexible working hours (flextime), and individual development opportunities.

Experience
