Job Summary

This role involves training partners, primarily from the electrical trade, to become experts in modern home and building automation systems, specifically using the Loxone platform. The Trainer will lead practical courses through the Loxone Academy, covering basic training, specialized courses, and refresher sessions, focusing on planning, configuration, and installation. Key responsibilities include inspiring participants, fostering positive group dynamics, and representing the company externally at product events and workshops for partners and architects. Candidates must possess excellent presentation skills, enthusiasm for technical products, and a background in building automation or a related technical field. Successful applicants will undergo an intensive three-week bootcamp to become Loxone experts, followed by a co-trainer phase, ensuring comprehensive product and technical understanding before leading independent training units.
