Job Summary
This role is for a Service Manager to join an innovative company specializing in comprehensive energy solutions, including photovoltaics, charging infrastructure, energy management, and storage systems. The Service Manager will be the central coordinator for all service and maintenance operations, acting as the primary interface between customers, technical teams, and internal departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and controlling service deployments, providing technical support to service teams, managing technical documentation, and performing fault analysis to initiate corrective measures. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering or substantial service experience, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a basic understanding of PV and energy management systems.
