Key responsibilities also include supporting the sales team in product selection, assisting 1st and 2nd level support with error analysis, and ensuring reliable post-integration technical support and consulting. Candidates must possess significant professional experience, deep knowledge in networking, server technologies, virtualization, and IT security, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft environments and strong consulting skills.
