Job Summary

This role involves acting as the primary technical contact for customers across Germany, ensuring optimal support and rapid resolution of machine-related issues. The Specialist Consultant is responsible for structuring and implementing solutions for machine problems, coordinating maintenance, shutdowns, and repairs, and managing the deployment of application and service technicians. Key duties also include comprehensive order processing, covering invoicing, warranty claims, and active complaints management. Furthermore, the role involves coordinating and organizing demonstrations and commissioning of new machinery. Candidates must possess a background in mechanics or electronics, complemented by advanced technical qualifications (Technician or Master Craftsman), and strong expertise in electronics, mechanics, control technology, fluids, and servo drive technology. This position requires high resilience, flexibility, and excellent communication skills to maintain smooth information flow and strong customer relations.
