Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing and optimizing the entire production lifecycle for glass, plastics, and UV coatings, from raw material procurement through to final delivery. The Team Lead is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production processes, ensuring optimal manufacturing flow, and driving continuous improvement. Key duties include managing inventory (FIFO), creating manufacturing and filling instructions, developing production plans based on resources and deadlines, and leading, training, and developing the production team. Candidates should possess a technical education, preferably experience in the coatings industry, and knowledge of PPS/ERP systems.
