Job Summary

This role centers on technical leadership and consulting, acting as a Product Owner focused on empowering internal Citizen Developers across Bosch to build secure, sustainable, and user-friendly Low-Code/No-Code solutions. Key responsibilities include establishing and nurturing a scalable Citizen Developer Community of Practice, developing and conducting comprehensive training and workshops, and defining clear guidelines and best practices. The consultant serves as the crucial link between business units, IT, internal developers, and external partners. Daily tasks involve capturing use cases, designing solution concepts with a focus on Usability and Design Thinking, and validating prototypes, particularly using the Microsoft Power Platform. A critical aspect is defining and enforcing strict governance rules regarding IT security, data protection, and compliance to effectively manage and prevent 'Shadow IT' risks, ensuring all implementations align with Bosch's governance standards.
