Job Summary

This role involves leading and developing the next generation of skilled professionals at Robert Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing Dresden GmbH. As the disciplinary manager for approximately 20 apprentices, you will be responsible for planning practical operational rotations within various departments and ensuring the high quality of instruction, working closely with internal interfaces across different hierarchical levels. A key part of the job is fostering the development of young talent through regular feedback and development discussions, collaborating closely with external training centers on learning progress. Furthermore, you will take ownership of the 2026 recruiting process, selecting future specialists, and actively contribute to the strategic development and expansion of the site's training programs, including supporting regional recruitment and marketing initiatives. This position requires strong technical understanding, leadership experience, and excellent didactic skills.
