Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Project Coordinator Engineer within the Corporate Real Estate Management team, focusing on the successful, economical, timely, and quality-driven planning and execution of new construction and conversion projects for logistics and administrative buildings. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and site analysis to tendering, awarding contracts, and implementation. The coordinator will be responsible for defining quality, cost, and schedule targets, managing risks, and coordinating external stakeholders such as architects, specialist engineers, and service providers. Key qualifications include a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering and several years of experience in technical project control, ideally within logistics or administrative environments. Success requires strong communication skills in German and English, negotiation expertise, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
