Job Summary

This role is for an engaged Quality Management Specialist based in Erfurt, joining a large, established social services organization. The specialist will be crucial in maintaining and developing the organization's quality management system. Day-to-day tasks involve creating, revising, and maintaining QM documents in collaboration with specialist departments, as well as reviewing, approving, and registering quality-relevant documents using the Orgavision QM software. The role also requires supporting the collection, evaluation, and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data to assess system effectiveness, and participating in the analysis, planning, implementation, and follow-up of corrective and improvement measures. Candidates should possess a relevant education, strong organizational skills, and ideally, prior experience or training as a Quality Representative, demonstrating a structured and forward-thinking approach to quality assurance.
