Job Summary
This role involves managing all technical facilities, energy, and supply infrastructure for a manufacturing plant specializing in innovative wiper systems for autonomous and connected driving. The Facility Manager will oversee essential operational aspects including fire protection, plant security, emergency organization, and waste management. Key day-to-day tasks include coordinating external service providers for maintenance and repairs, managing building and janitorial cleaning services, and acting as a primary contact for external institutions regarding facility matters. The ideal candidate must possess a background in energy technology, electronics, building technology, or mechanics/electrics, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience. This position requires technical understanding, structured and innovative thinking, and the flexibility to be reachable across early, late, and night shifts, including weekend and holiday work as needed, offering a chance to contribute to the future of smart mobility within a global automotive technology leader.
