The specialist will be responsible for managing statutory reporting procedures, issuing necessary certifications, and handling correspondence with social security providers and public authorities. Key daily activities include reconciling time tracking data, processing employee entries, exits, and contract changes, and maintaining accurate personnel master data. A crucial aspect of the role is serving as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding all personnel, payroll, tax, and social security law inquiries. The ideal candidate must possess relevant commercial training, professional experience in payroll, and strong expertise in current labor, tax, and social security law, particularly utilizing Datev Lohn & Gehalt software.
