Job Summary

The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in the human resources department of a leading international technical industry company based in Eastern Zurich. This varied position involves comprehensive HR administration tasks from A-Z, supporting HR Managers across various business units. Key responsibilities include assisting with recruiting efforts, managing personnel master data, and contributing to compensation & benefits processes. Furthermore, the coordinator will organize staff events, manage the internal time tracking system, and maintain the HR department's intranet page. A significant aspect of the role involves participating in or leading HR projects and optimizing internal HR processes. Required Skills

Education
