Job Summary

This part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week) supports the Quality Management & Regulatory Affairs team at medisana GmbH, a leading specialist in the Home Health Care market. The Service Technician is responsible for the hands-on technical processing of returned devices. Daily tasks include receiving and registering equipment via RIS/ERP systems, conducting mandatory safety and functional tests (STK/MTK) according to standards like IEC 60601 and IEC 62353 using calibrated instruments, and meticulously documenting results in various systems (Zendesk, NetSuite, QMS). The role also involves supporting root cause analysis (CAPA), maintaining and calibrating measuring equipment, and creating simple work instructions. The ideal candidate must have a background in electronics or medical technology, possess at least five years of experience with medical or electronic devices, and demonstrate strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 13485 and EU MDR.
