This role involves taking on technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility for employees within a specific property, working for a market leader in Facility Management in Freiburg im Breisgau. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for the client regarding all technical building management inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the delivery of contractually agreed-upon services for the assigned object, managing the object team, planning personnel deployment, and overseeing the internal cost allocation for assigned staff.
