Job Summary

This role involves working as a Field Service Technician, specializing in IT systems and electronics, responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of specialized devices and systems at customer sites. Day-to-day tasks include setting up equipment, activating communication interfaces, providing training to customer operating staff, and offering advisory support for optimal product lifecycle management. A core function is troubleshooting, performing necessary repairs, optimizations, maintenance, and system conversions independently. The ideal candidate possesses a background as an IT Systems Electrician, Industrial Electrician, or Mechatronics Technician, coupled with proficiency in mechanics, electrical engineering, and software. This position offers an intensive onboarding period, a company vehicle (also for private use), and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, typically involving weekly travel (Monday to Friday) with overnight stays at the deployment location.
