Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive support to the Executive Board of a social welfare organization, focusing on both daily operations and strategic initiatives. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for preparing critical documents, including reports, presentations, and decision-making templates, while also monitoring current legislative and socio-political developments to inform organizational strategy. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating complex schedules, projects, and internal/external events, ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders. Candidates must possess a relevant university degree (e.g., Social Management, Social Work, Communications, or Marketing) and professional experience, ideally within the social economy or a comparable function. Success requires strong organizational talent, the ability to clearly articulate complex issues both verbally and in writing, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
