Job Summary
This role seeks a skilled Microbiology Lab Technician to perform critical microbiological testing on various water samples, including surface water, drinking water, and potentially groundwater, at the Lübbenau location. Key responsibilities involve meticulous sample preparation, preservation, and execution of tests, alongside strict adherence to and implementation of quality assurance measures defined in the Quality Management Handbook (QMH-Labor). The ideal candidate must possess vocational training in microbiology, extensive practical experience, proficiency in handling culture media, and specific expertise in testing drinking water hygiene parameters. You will be expected to work independently and responsibly, contributing to the continuous development of the quality management system. Required Skills
Education
Vocational training as a Laboratory Technician specializing in Microbiology or equivalent
Experience
- Extensive professional knowledge and experience in microbiology
- Experience in handling laboratory information systems
- Experience in testing hygiene parameters, especially in drinking water
