Job Summary
This role focuses on delivering essential IT support and managing client infrastructure as part of a Managed Services Provider (MSP) team. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing First and Second Level technical support to customers, managing, and continuously developing the existing monitoring solution. A core function involves rolling out MSP solutions encompassing Backup, Security, and Monitoring services, alongside the installation, updating, and configuration of both on-premise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess a completed technical vocational qualification or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong customer orientation, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, independent work style.
