Job Summary

This role involves supporting and advising energy transmission projects on all legal and internal requirements related to environmental, health, and occupational safety. The successful candidate will guide project leadership and teams on HSE matters during bidding and execution, ensuring the implementation of Zero Harm Framework activities. Key responsibilities include analyzing EHS event statistics to identify trends, conducting site and supplier audits, and driving continuous improvement within the Integrated Management System, particularly concerning ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. The position requires an electrical engineering background, significant experience in high-voltage transmission projects, and proven expertise in HSE project or construction site management. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering), ideally combined with a commercial component and/or technical vocational training; Mandatory: Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (Sicherheitsfachkraft); Desirable: SiGeKo (Safety and Health Coordinator) qualification; Desirable: ISO 14001 / 45001 (18001) qualifications for internal and external audits; Desirable: First Aid training; Desirable: Fire Protection training

Experience

  • Several years of relevant experience in high-voltage transmission business (e.g., maritime grid connection projects or traditional onshore business)
  • 2-3 years of project or construction site experience in HSE
  • Experience in project or construction site management
  • Experience in conducting workshops, assessments, and coaching
  • Experience in accident investigation
