This critical leadership role involves the technical steering of regional network areas for major energy groups (Edis and Hansewerk) concerning RLM power, complex SLP cases, and on-site operations across electricity and gas sectors. The successful candidate will provide disciplinary and technical leadership to a dedicated team, managing performance, feedback, and development discussions. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all legal and calibration requirements, optimizing meter management processes, and overseeing budget planning and cost optimization initiatives. Furthermore, the role requires active engagement with market partners such as guilds, installers, and authorities, making it ideal for an engineer with strong technical knowledge in network operations and metering, coupled with proven leadership and economic acumen.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Technician, Engineer, or relevant university degree, ideally in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Utility/Gas Technology

- Initial leadership experience (disciplinary and technical)
- Deep understanding of network operations and metering systems
- Professional experience in technical responsibility/steering of regional network areas
- Experience in managing Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements
