Job Summary
This role involves the planning and execution of municipal civil engineering projects, primarily focusing on the maintenance and renovation of urban infrastructure. Key responsibilities include managing roads, traffic systems, green spaces, pedestrian/cycle paths, bridges, and street lighting. The technician will be responsible for construction management, site supervision, and final billing, adhering strictly to VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and technical regulations. The ideal candidate must possess a certified technical degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on deep foundation/infrastructure or equivalent professional experience. Strong knowledge of civil and road construction, proficiency in specialized software like AutoCAD and Ingrada, and experience with public administration processes are essential for success in this demanding, full-time, and permanent position.

Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfte/r Techniker/in) in Civil Engineering with a focus on Deep Foundation/Infrastructure, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in civil and road construction
- Experience in tendering, awarding contracts, and billing according to VOB and technical regulations
- Practical experience in construction management, site supervision, and site organization
- Experience with administrative and decision-making structures of municipal government
