Job Summary

The Ärztekammer Nordrhein, one of Germany's largest medical corporations, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive digital transformation starting January 1, 2026. This role involves leading and steering critical IT projects, including the development of internal applications and a modern portal solution for members, ensuring alignment with the overarching IT strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, managing resources, monitoring budgets, and ensuring quality standards are met. This position requires a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with at least four years of experience leading IT projects, particularly those involving database environments. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and excellent communication skills are essential for acting as the key liaison between developers, infrastructure teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
