Job Summary

This role centers on providing essential 1st-Level IT support and maintaining core Windows infrastructure. The specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for support inquiries, handling the classification, documentation, and resolution of tickets, ensuring strict adherence to response times and service level agreements (SLAs). Key responsibilities include monitoring systems, planning and executing updates for client infrastructures, and conducting daily checks and tests of backups. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server/Clients, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange Servers, and Remote Desktop Services. Previous professional experience in 1st-Level Support and familiarity with ticketing systems are highly desirable.
