Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Building Automation Technician to manage the technical systems for a renowned public institution overseeing municipal theater operations in Cologne. The core responsibilities involve the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex technical building equipment, with a strong focus on IT-supported Building Management Systems (BMS) and integrated measurement and control technology. Daily tasks include independent fault analysis, documentation of repairs, and performing installation and regulation work on building services systems.
