Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the highest quality standards for a globally operating building materials leader, specializing in facade renders, tile adhesives, and construction chemicals. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting incoming raw materials, monitoring ongoing production processes, and deciding on the release or blocking of materials based on defined quality parameters. The specialist will also handle and evaluate customer complaints in coordination with the laboratory and production teams, analyze test results for internal monitoring, and help optimize product formulations and manufacturing processes. Key requirements include a completed qualification as a Building Materials Tester, Laboratory Technician, or comparable background, potentially including skilled trades like masonry or plastering. Basic MS Office skills and a willingness to work in a 2-shift system are necessary.
