Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the seamless operation of modern Information and Communication Technology (ITK) and security systems for customers in Munich. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ITK systems and associated software applications. You will be responsible for conducting user training, providing technical consultation to optimize system environments, and creating necessary technical documentation. Furthermore, you will independently manage smaller projects from planning through implementation. The ideal candidate holds a technical vocational qualification in fields such as Electrical Engineering or Communication Technology, coupled with practical experience in ITK/telecommunication systems, including configuration and maintenance. Essential skills include fundamental knowledge of network technology (WLAN, VoIP, Routing, Switching) and basic system administration experience in both Microsoft and Linux environments. This position requires a high degree of diligence, customer-facing professionalism, and a Class B driver's license.
