Job Summary

This role is ideal for skilled Electronics Technicians or Electrical Engineers looking for a stable, internal service position with a European market leader specializing in control systems and equipment used globally. Day-to-day responsibilities involve critical administrative and technical support tasks, including creating and processing customer orders within the system, preparing calculations and quotes, and managing deadlines. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for both customers and the production team, addressing technical queries and resolving discrepancies or changes in orders. The successful candidate must possess a background in electrical or electronic fields, experience in order processing for machinery/systems, and familiarity with electrical schematics and drawings (EPlan and CAD).
