Job Summary

This role is an immediate, full-time opportunity for a skilled Technician in the metal industry, focusing on quality assurance using advanced 3D measurement technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and analyzing measurements using 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and industrial CT systems. Key responsibilities include generating detailed measurement reports, performing statistical evaluations, and supporting initial sample and series inspections while strictly adhering to quality specifications. To qualify, candidates must have completed vocational training in a metal technology profession, ideally supplemented by a technician qualification. Essential skills include routine handling of CNC measuring machines, proficiency with various manual measuring tools, and solid knowledge of Zeiss Calypso and Volume Graphics software. The position requires a strong understanding of technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances, along with a willingness to work in shift operations.
