Job Summary
This Field Service Engineer role, based remotely in West Germany (North Rhine Westphalia), involves delivering critical service activities for Bulk Elemental Analysis instrumentation across Germany and occasionally EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and problem-solving on scientific instruments, specifically focusing on Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES), X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), and associated Robotic Automation products. This is a highly customer-facing role requiring a professional background in Electronics or Engineering, strong administrative skills, and a self-sufficient approach to work. Success hinges on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction, and collaborating effectively with the Sales team. The position demands extensive travel (80%) within the region, offering excellent career progression opportunities and high-quality training.
