This role is for an experienced Specialist in Mission Critical Infrastructure, supporting the Head of Mission Critical Infrastructure in overseeing and ensuring the high availability of business-critical systems for one of Europe's largest web hosting and data center operators. Key responsibilities include strategic planning and development of infrastructure solutions, adhering strictly to security and availability standards, and optimizing operational processes. A significant part of the role involves leading the establishment of a new site in the USA and supporting team leadership and development to maintain a scalable and reliable environment. Candidates must possess a degree in electrical or information technology, several years of professional experience in critical infrastructures, and proven experience in team leadership. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of security policies, excellent problem-solving skills, and fluent English communication to ensure continuous availability and resilient infrastructure.
