Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Consultant to lead and implement digital transformation projects using the proprietary enaio® software solution. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project implementation, analyzing customer business processes, defining requirements, and developing tailored solutions based on configurable ECM standard software. The consultant will also be involved in configuration and administration of client solutions, creating detailed specifications (Pflichtenhefte), and providing expert support to the sales team during presales activities. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification, several years of professional experience in the ECM field, certified project management expertise, and strong knowledge of Business Process Management.
