Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing the Alarm Receiving Center (ARC) and its operational staff, ensuring all activities comply with relevant laws, standards (including EN 50518), and regulations. The Head of ARC is responsible for processing all incoming alarm messages (from EMA, BMA, UMA, AWAG) and other threatening events, deploying and leading intervention forces as necessary, and ensuring meticulous documentation of all procedures. Key requirements include a technical background in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering, several years of experience managing certified control centers, and specific VdS certification as a Lead Control Center Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience with hazard management systems (like AM/WIN, DLS4000), and excellent communication abilities in both German and English, contributing to a secure and structured operational environment within an established family company.
