Job Summary
This is a key leadership opportunity for a commercially-minded professional with strong organizational skills to take on the Head of Administration and Management role at a subsidiary of ApoHomeCare GmbH. The position requires steering and optimizing all administrative and commercial processes, acting as the central link between internal departments (Warehouse, Purchasing, IT), external partners, and the executive board. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial processes, supporting accounting, creating executive reports, overseeing property management (maintenance, renovation), ensuring ERP data integrity, and guaranteeing compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a commercial degree or relevant professional experience, expertise in accounting/controlling, and proficiency with ERP systems. This role offers a long-term perspective in the stable pharmaceutical wholesale industry, structured onboarding, and significant scope for personal and professional development within an innovative environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial training (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Office Management Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk) or a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Business Law, Business Informatics, or Controlling.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in administration, office management, or commercial leadership
- Foundational knowledge in accounting and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
- Professional experience in a generalist role (due to company size)
