Job Summary
The Hochschule Kehl, a renowned center for public administration education, is seeking a dedicated IT Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining reliable IT infrastructure for approximately 1,400 students and 70 staff members. The specialist will focus heavily on client management, ensuring reliable support systems for all end devices like desktops and notebooks, and serving as the primary contact for First-Level Support. Key responsibilities include managing the IT hotline, processing support tickets, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and providing remote maintenance. Candidates must have a university degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of current Windows operating systems, and demonstrate strategic thinking, high commitment, and excellent organizational skills.
