Job Summary

This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of technical systems and facilities within a large distribution center environment. The Facility Management Electrician/Technician will be responsible for conducting routine daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of technical systems and buildings to guarantee continuous functionality. A key component of the role involves overseeing and coordinating external service providers during scheduled maintenance and necessary repairs, alongside independently managing the upkeep and maintenance of warehouse equipment and general building technical systems (Haustechnik). Candidates must possess a completed technical qualification in electrical engineering and ideally bring experience in maintaining complex building systems. Success in this position requires a high degree of precision, reliability, and the flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and participate in mandatory on-call duties.
