Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Industrial Electrician or Mechatronics professional to ensure seamless production operations for a client in Willstätt, focusing primarily on maintaining and repairing electrical systems within a production environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the maintenance and repair of electrical installations, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring high machine availability, particularly for complex packaging equipment such as multi-head weighers, bag-forming machines, collective packers, and palletizers. The position requires active participation in continuous improvement processes to boost efficiency and quality. Key qualifications include a completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., Industrial Electrician or Mechatronics), professional experience in industrial technology—ideally within the food industry—and strong knowledge of control and automation systems. The successful candidate must be a team player, work independently, and be willing to work shifts.
