This role is for a dedicated 2nd Level IT Support Specialist to join an established, medium-sized IT company specializing in comprehensive cybersecurity solutions for mid-sized businesses in Hamburg. The specialist will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of customer systems, proactively updating existing IT solutions, and meticulously documenting customer environments. A core function involves independently handling 2nd-level inquiries within the ticketing system to ensure sustainable resolution of technical challenges. The ideal candidate possesses an IT qualification or relevant practical experience, preferably at least two years of professional experience in a system house or IT service environment.
