Job Summary
This role involves providing critical technical support for innovative robotic kitchen systems, ensuring their continuous, reliable operation. The specialist will be the primary technical contact for customers and guests, monitoring robot systems remotely and in real-time from the Hamburg location. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical issues via remote service (primarily phone support), creating virtual instructions for efficient system use, and contributing to the continuous improvement of remote service processes. The ideal candidate will have a technical background or comparable qualification, knowledge of IT, software, and/or mechatronics, and must be enthusiastic about combining technology and culinary arts. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic startup environment at the intersection of high-tech robotics and innovative gastronomy, playing a vital role in scaling high-quality, sustainable food production.
Required Skills
Education

Experience
