Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic HR team of a globally leading technology company specializing in plant construction, located in East Zurich. As an HR Specialist, you will provide comprehensive support to the Head of HR and HR Managers, managing the full scope of personnel administration from entry to exit. Key responsibilities include handling social insurance matters, maintaining personnel master data, and serving as the primary interface for payroll coordination and mutations. A significant part of the role involves optimizing internal HR processes, performing HR controlling tasks such as creating detailed analyses and statistics, and actively participating in crucial HR projects like Performance Management, Personnel Development, and Compensation & Benefits. The ideal candidate possesses a commercial background, specialized HR qualifications, and solid experience in HR administration, payroll, and Swiss labor law. This position offers exposure to complex HR operations within a collaborative team environment and provides attractive development opportunities.

Required Skills

Education

Commercial basic education combined with further qualification as an HR Assistant or HR Specialist.

Experience

  • Several years of relevant experience in a similar HR function within a larger company, preferably in a service environment.
  • Profound practical knowledge in personnel administration.
  • Good knowledge of payroll administration.
  • Good knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law.
