This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Master Electrician to establish and lead a new Electrical Engineering department within AMPERIA, a growing partner in data center infrastructure and part of the SCHILLING GROUP. The role involves taking full responsibility for developing and implementing future-oriented processes and standards for electrical projects, including planning, execution, and quality assurance. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and supervising installation, maintenance, and repair work, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (VDE, DGUV), and providing technical consultation to clients. The ideal candidate will build and professionally lead a team of electricians and technicians, actively supporting project management and collaborating closely with other departments like purchasing and sales. This position requires strong organizational skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a focus on innovative, future-proof solutions, particularly within the demanding field of data center infrastructure.
