Job Summary

This role is centered on the technical management and continuous development of complex building services systems, with a strong emphasis on driving sustainability initiatives. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing safety-critical infrastructure, including locking and fire alarm systems, and leading projects focused on reducing energy, water, and resource consumption. Key daily tasks involve analyzing and controlling energy usage, deriving effective savings measures, and collaborating with internal departments and external service providers. A critical component is the creation of detailed reports, key performance indicators, and environmental balances, alongside supporting certifications for environmental management systems. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Building Services or Environmental Technology and possesses professional experience in technical building equipment and/or sustainability management.
