Job Summary

This role involves leading a Professional Services team of five employees, focusing on delivering reliable, high-impact project results and fostering long-term client relationships within the realm of digital sovereignty, open IT infrastructures, and Open Source solutions, particularly for public administration and education sectors. The Team Lead is responsible for setting clear goals, priorities, and structures while ensuring measurable outcomes. Day-to-day activities include coaching team members for personal and professional growth, proactively identifying and resolving project challenges, and managing complex multi-stakeholder projects. Key requirements include 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in team leadership and project coordination, strong crisis management skills, and the ability to quickly grasp technically complex topics. Experience with Open Source culture, Linux environments, or Identity & Access Management (IAM) is highly desirable, making this an ideal position for a leader passionate about open technology and digital transformation.
