Job Summary

The Bavarian State Institute for Agriculture (LfL) in Freising-Weihenstephan is seeking a part-time Chemical Laboratory Technician to join their team. This role involves performing nitrogen determinations in various types of fertilizers, soils, and leachate using automated distillation and photometry. You will also assist with inorganic analyses, maintain laboratory equipment, and manage sample logistics and LIMS data transfer. A key part of the role is conducting and documenting quality assurance measures according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018, including statistical evaluation of results. The position also offers the opportunity to contribute to the adaptation and development of analytical methods and participate in proficiency testing.
