Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled IT professional specializing in System Integration and Database Management who thrives in a hybrid IT environment. The specialist will be responsible for providing remote and on-site user support, focusing on efficient troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance of modern workstations, servers, and mobile devices across on-premise and cloud infrastructure (MS 365). A core part of the role involves administering the hybrid server and network environment (Windows Server, AD, Exchange, DHCP, DNS) and driving IT security initiatives, including patch management and Zero-Trust strategies. Furthermore, the role requires deep involvement in SQL database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL), including performance optimization, query development, implementing robust backup/recovery concepts, and automating database processes.
